Phubber is a rapidly growing Georgian startup, now operating in four countries with a community of over 200,000 users. The platform allows users to buy, sell, and authenticate items, create their own online shops, and connect with others. I led the redesign of the app to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing, guided by user feedback and insights. In addition to the app, I worked on the CMS dashboard to enhance the support team's ability to communicate with users and improve their overall experience.
